Welcome to MFK (updated 28 March 2023)

As we approach the end of Term 1, I would like to express my sincere gratitude for your continued support of our Mandarin language school. I am delighted to see our students making progress in their language acquisition and I am are excited to share some highlights with you.

Official results of YCT exams (Levels 1 to 4) came out in January this year and I am very proud to announce that all our registered students (28 in total) passed their exams. Congratulations to all our MFK students for their wonderful effort.

Our teachers have been working tirelessly to provide engaging and interactive Mandarin language lessons that are designed to cater to the needs and interests of each individual student. We have seen noticeable improvements in our students' ability to speak, read, write, and comprehend Mandarin, and we attribute this success to their hard work and dedication, as well as the support and encouragement they receive from their families at home.

We would also like to take this opportunity to thank all of our parents who have been actively involved in their child's language learning journey. Your support and enthusiasm for the Mandarin language have been inspiring and we truly appreciate your commitment to helping your child succeed.

As we move forward into next term, we encourage our students to continue practicing and using their Mandarin language skills in everyday situations. We believe that through consistent effort and dedication, our students will continue to grow and excel in their language acquisition.

About Us

MFK is a YCT exam coaching specialist. We are also Sydney's leading language immersion provider and has been delivering Chinese language lessons for over 15 years. We teach hundreds of Sydney kids each week and a large part of this success can be attributed to our quality children focused programs and our team of experienced passionate teachers.

We are registered with the NSW Commission For Children & Young People, comply with the new 2013 legislative requirements for working with children and a member of the Australian Tutoring Association since 2009.

Our students come to us with from a wide variety of linguistic experiences. Many are competent speakers of two or more languages. Some may be classed as “beginner” with little to no exposure to Mandarin, all the way to “advanced” with near-native speaking proficiency in the language.

At MFK, we're not just teaching kids a new language. We're also very conscious in helping each child develop their own identity. We help build children's confidence to listen and communicate well. Our teachers know their responsibities as role models and to show and encourage children that it is indeed normal to be bilingual.

To support all levels of learning, we have designed an immersion curriculum with flexible programs that are not only highly effective, but they are also innovative and results driven.

Our trained and experienced native speaking teachers will deliver our structured programs with energy and passion, to ensure all children learn at an appropriate pace whilst being challenged at their personal abilities.

All this is done in a fun, safe and nurturing environment.
