Diana Wang (Wei Wei laoshi) 王蔚

From Shanghai, China

MFK teacher since August 2013

Wei Wei manages our native speaker program and holds a first class degree in Putonghua Proficiency Testing by the General Office of Broadcasting and Televison China. Wei Wei was previously a TV presenter and radio announcer in Shanghai before moving to Sydney. She also has a diploma in Early Chilhood Education and loves teaching Mandarin Chinese to young children. She also enjoys singing and travelling.

Peter Li (Yun laoshi) 李韫

From Fujian, China

MFK teacher since February 2010

Yun laoshi is one of our longest serving teachers and is well respected by our parent community. His teaching talents are legendary and has made teaching and developing young minds his full time career. There really isn't enough room here to write about his contribution to language education to his students over the past decade. Yun laoshi holds a degree in Early Childhood Education and enjoys travelling around Australia and overseas.

Claire Xi (Chen Chen laoshi) 奚晨

From Shanghai, China

MFK teacher since March 2018

Chen Chen laoshi is the youngest member of the team and will be finishing her degree in Early Childhood Education by the end of 2021. Despite being the youngest team member, her experience and passion for teaching Mandarin Chinese to young children has made a huge positive inpact for our MFK language curriculum over the past 3 years. Chen Chen laoshi loves music and is also a talented singer / musician in a local Sydney band.

Ivy Lin (Ivy laoshi) 林筱茜

From Taipei, Taiwan

MFK teacher since September 2015

Ivy laoshi is another fulltime veteran at MFK, teaching Mandarin Chinese to pre-schoolers and primary school students over the past 5 years. She completed her teaching degree at the University of Southern California, USA, before moving to Australia. She is loved by all her students and she is totally dedicated to teaching Mandarin Chinese. She loves seeking outdoor adventures and is the only MFK team member who has dived with sharks and treckked all the way up to Mt Everest's base camp in Nepal.
